Originally built in the growing work-live zoned area of Steamboat Springs, this design consists of six 1BD/1BA modular residential units set on top of three site-built light industrial warehouse spaces. Our multi-family prefab home options are the perfect solution for mountain town markets in states like Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, and Arizona, where inventory is tight and the cost to build is high.
