Steamboat 4

A high-capacity mountain duplex where smart planning keeps vacation living feeling comfortable and relaxed.

Designed as a dual-purpose development property, this Steamboat duplex balances personal vacation living with nightly rental flexibility. One side serves as a private retreat for the owners, while the other was designed to comfortably accommodate rotating guests and larger groups throughout ski season.

The three-story layout maximizes the lot while still creating generous gathering spaces, oversized mud rooms, dedicated ski storage, and spacious bedroom layouts designed for family-style sleeping arrangements. Though the two homes share a similar floor plan, each was finished with its own distinct personality, creating two unique mountain living experiences within a single carefully planned project.

Why Modular

Less Waiting

Traditional home builds can take two years or more. With SmartPads, your home is built while your site is being prepared, allowing both processes to happen at the same time.

Factory-Precise

Every SmartPads home is constructed in a controlled factory environment, protected from weather delays and changing site conditions. This approach allows for greater consistency and quality control.

Fixed Pricing

One of the biggest challenges in traditional construction is uncertainty. With SmartPads, your home price is established before construction begins. While changes you make along the way can affect the final cost, our process is designed to provide greater transparency.
