Built for a young couple relocating from San Diego, this Stagecoach home was designed around the life they hoped to create in the mountains. Remote work, entertaining, fitness, golf, quiet mornings, and long evenings overlooking the reservoir all shaped the layout from the beginning.
The project required creative architectural solutions to navigate HOA requirements while still capturing expansive views of Stagecoach Reservoir. Inside, the home balances highly refined finishes with playful personal spaces, from the dramatic tilework and floating vanities to a golf simulator, wine room, gym, and a lower-level reading nook that quickly became everyone’s favorite spot in the house.
