Steamboat 5

Inspired by a set day next door, this lakeview home blends bold architecture with spaces designed for mountain living.

While watching the neighboring SmartPads home being installed, a developer noticed the lot next door was available and decided on the spot to purchase it with the intention of building a SmartPads home of their own. The result is a new lakeview home designed around gathering, outdoor living, and a strong connection to the surrounding landscape.

The design takes a slightly different architectural direction for SmartPads, incorporating more pronounced gabled rooflines and layered exterior detailing to create additional visual interest. Expansive decks, a large foyer and mud room, and an attached ADU all support the way the home will function as both a mountain retreat and a welcoming place for family and guests.

Why Modular

Less Waiting

Traditional home builds can take two years or more. With SmartPads, your home is built while your site is being prepared, allowing both processes to happen at the same time.

Factory-Precise

Every SmartPads home is constructed in a controlled factory environment, protected from weather delays and changing site conditions. This approach allows for greater consistency and quality control.

Fixed Pricing

One of the biggest challenges in traditional construction is uncertainty. With SmartPads, your home price is established before construction begins. While changes you make along the way can affect the final cost, our process is designed to provide greater transparency.
