Winter Park 3

A mountain retreat shaped by decades of design knowledge, environmental awareness, and intentional living.

Designed as a second home for a retired Colorado couple, this Granby home was built around one clear goal: creating a healthy and sustainable home where children and grandchildren would naturally gather for years to come.

With a background in engineering and sustainable interior design, the homeowners approached every decision with an extraordinary level of intention. Materials, finishes, insulation, adhesives, and flooring were all carefully vetted for sustainability, durability, and indoor air quality, creating a home that reflects a deep understanding of healthy, long-term living. Combined with wildfire-conscious exterior choices and low-maintenance materials, the result is a mountain home designed to feel both environmentally responsible and deeply welcoming.

Why Modular

Less Waiting

Traditional home builds can take two years or more. With SmartPads, your home is built while your site is being prepared, allowing both processes to happen at the same time.

Factory-Precise

Every SmartPads home is constructed in a controlled factory environment, protected from weather delays and changing site conditions. This approach allows for greater consistency and quality control.

Fixed Pricing

One of the biggest challenges in traditional construction is uncertainty. With SmartPads, your home price is established before construction begins. While changes you make along the way can affect the final cost, our process is designed to provide greater transparency.
