SmartPads started in the mountains because we saw how difficult building could be.

Projects stretched longer than expected. Coordination broke down. Too much of the process was being figured out in the field.

At the same time, people weren't building for the process. They were building for what came after it. Time outside. Space to gather. Homes that feel connected to where they are.

So we approached it differently.

Design, engineering, and construction move together from the beginning. Much of the home is built off-site while site work is underway, so progress doesn't depend on everything lining up perfectly on site.

It's still a complex process. But with SmartPads it's more coordinated, more predictable, and easier to keep moving.
