In May, we shared the anticipation of a new modular home project in Boulder, designed in collaboration with Clever Homes. The goal was ambitious: to create a 3,200-square-foot modern home that would balance sustainability, style, and the efficiency of modular construction—all set against the backdrop of Boulder’s eco-conscious culture. Just six months later, that vision became a reality.Earlier this fall, the home was delivered and set on-site, always a major milestone for any of our Colorado modular homes. The transformation from a digital rendering to a completed structure was not a unique feat, but a reminder of the SmartPads advantage when the right partners and conditions align.
