2–3 Weeks
Before we go deep with site-specific design, we need to understand your land. Mountain sites have real variables - slope, access, soil, utilities - that shape every decision downstream. We perform a desktop site feasibility analysis to give you an honest picture of what's possible.

4–6 Weeks
From our initial feasibility analysis - we start on our site-specific design. If you are pursuing the Basecamp or Ascent Series, we can proceed to a design-build agreeement. If you are pursuing the Summit Series, we'll engage in a preconstruction design agreement in order to design your home and produce a final budget.

3–4 Months
Our team moves seamlessly from the design and your finish decisions into the production phase in our facility. We begin framing floors, walls, ceilings and move from in-wall rough-ins to finishes and façade detailing!
