Our production facility is currently operating at full capacity, a reflection of the rising demand for SmartPads’ luxury prefabricated homes. Looking Ahead to 2025
While we celebrate our current success, we are already setting our sights on next year. Our production facility is at capacity currently until the end of 2024. For those looking to have a home delivered in 2025, now is the time to start planning. As we build more homes in the Mountain West region, we are eager to expand our footprint and design and build homes in Arizona resort and mountain towns, including Sedona and Flagstaff, as well as the breathtaking desert landscapes of UT, from Moab to St. George. Our homes are engineered and designed to withstand the rigors of high altitude climates, and this transfers over to these high desert settings. And, sure, we’d love to get out of the snow and send a home to the sunny, dry desert in the depths of winter!
