These updates allow clients to experience the build in real time. Several clients have shared that it became a nightly ritual, checking in to see the latest progress, geeking out over the details, and imagining what it would be like to walk through their finished home.
The First Look
For many, the first time they step inside their home is during a visit to our facility just before the home ships. It’s a big moment—seeing everything they’ve designed take shape, ready to head to its final destination. And then comes set day—when the home arrives 95% complete and is placed on its foundation. In just a few hours, it transforms from individual modules into a finished structure, bringing the entire vision to life.
