About Fairview

The Fairview has become a source of inspiration for many of our custom design-build homes. Originally designed for a non-profit leader in Steamboat Springs, this home is a favorite due to the efficient design and simplified on-site construction. The Fairview was designed for a more suburban street setting with a front-loaded garage and the main living space upstairs to allow for more privacy and take advantage of mountain views. This 3BD/2.5BA home is the perfect design for those wanting to enjoy views from the main living area. The reversed floor plan (living on 2nd floor, bedrooms on main floor) maximizes views throughout the kitchen, living room, and primary suite. The upper floor comes complete with vaulted ceilings, a spacious, open floorplan, and convenient access to the covered deck. This plan features a site-built garage and rear deck.
