Designed for mountain living, with space for gear, gathering, and views in every direction.

Like many homeowners in Telluride, this homeowner was looking for a better way to build in a market shaped by labor shortages, rising costs, and long timelines.

After visiting the SmartPads build facility in Utah, he decided to take a different approach. Working alongside Trifecta Construction, the team designed a fully custom home built for both the Telluride climate and the way he actually lives.

The design centered around mountain life: a large garage for skis, bikes, and gear, strategically placed windows to capture the views, and open gathering spaces that feel connected to the landscape. Built using SmartPads’ off-site construction approach, the home came together with a level of efficiency that stood out in the Telluride market and quickly became part of the local conversation around new ways to build in mountain towns.
