The Redhawk was designed for a couple from Boca Raton who had their sites set on a retirement home in Steamboat. Recognizing the challenges of managing a home build from a distance, they loved the concept of modular construction to simplify job oversight. They chose SmartPads as they still wanted a luxury home. This home has 1BD/1BA ADU built in to allow an on-site caretaker for a second homeowner or extra space for visitors. The 4BD/3.5BA bath main home was designed with impressive window sets to take advantage of mountain views from the kitchen, living area, and upper-floor bedrooms. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, and the main level primary is convenient when the visitors go home. The Redhawk also features a generous mudroom/entryway, a large site-built garage, and site-built deck.
