Bonnie was our very first customer. She took a leap of faith in SmartPads and the concept of building a prefab home in Colorado, and her home was a labor of love for all of us. This design is a versatile concept that allows for full modular construction, or a hybrid of site-built/modular construction depending on your build site. The main level features an open floorplan with a Kitchen/Dining/Living area flowing together, with easy access to a front a rear deck. With 3+ Bedrooms and 2+ Bathrooms, this design is ideal for families looking to spread out. The option of a site built lower level is ideal for sloping lots. The site-built lower level can be customized to meet your needs.
